We are looking for dedicated and caring Student Care Officers to support the holistic development of primary school children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Student Care Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive care and supervision for students after school
  • Guide students through homework and spelling in a supportive manner
  • Plan and conduct fun, meaningful enrichment activities such as arts & crafts, games, and character-building programmes
  • Create a structured yet warm environment by maintaining discipline and ensuring students’ safety and well-being
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Assist with centre operations and simple administrative duties when needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or above
  • A patient, nurturing, and responsible individual with a genuine love for children
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who can also work confidently on their own
  • Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome

 

Working Hours:

  • School Term: Monday to Friday, 11.00am – 7.00pm
  • School Holidays: 8-hour shifts between 7.30am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Centre Leadership & Operations
    • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure a smooth, well-organised, and compliant environment
    • Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and care for students
    • Manage enrolment, staffing, scheduling, and centre resources effectively

 

  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of Student Care Officers
    • Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture
    • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives

 

  • Student Programmes & Well-being
    • Oversee engaging after-school programmes, homework supervision, enrichment, and character development activities
    • Ensure students’ emotional well-being, discipline, and holistic growth
    • Address student behaviour with care, consistency, and professionalism

 

  • Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents through open communication
    • Handle feedback and concerns with confidence and empathy
    • Work closely with HQ, schools, and external partners to support centre success

 

  • Administration & Reporting
    • Manage centre documentation, reports, and operational records
    • Support budgeting, inventory, and cost management
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Student Care Centre Supervisor/Manager
  • A confident leader with strong organisational and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • A genuine passion for children’s development and team leadership

 

Working Hours:

  • School Term: Monday to Friday, 10.00am – 7.00pm
  • School Holidays: 9-hour shifts between 7.30am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and supervision for kindergarten children in a safe and nurturing setting
  • Conduct daily routines such as meals, hygiene, homework readiness, rest, and play
  • Conduct age-appropriate learning and enrichment activities as per set curriculum
  • Guide children in developing positive behaviour, independence, and social skills
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children and parents
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment
  • Follow centre policies, child safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and patient individual who enjoys working with children
  • Relevant certification in early childhood (not compulsory as training can be provided)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible, positive, and willing to learn
  • Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome

 

Working Hours:

  • School Term: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 7.00pm
  • School Holidays: 9.5-hour shifts between 7.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of K-Care Programme Staff and Support Staff with warmth, clarity, and purpose
  • Mentor staff through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
  • Oversee daily centre operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-centred learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents and School Leaders through open communication
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, centre policies, and safety standards
  • Guide curriculum planning and implementation aligned with early childhood best practices
  • Handle enrolment, staffing, and administrative matters in collaboration with management

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education
  • ECDA-L2 certified and eligible for supervisory/leadership roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with supervisory or senior teacher experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A calm, caring, and confident leadership style
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine love for children and commitment to their holistic development

 

Working Hours

  • School Term: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 7.00pm
  • School Holidays: 9.5-hour shifts between 7.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday)
